Consent to Personal Data Processing

1Personal Data Subject and Operator

I, the personal data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to ООО «ЮК «Консультант»» (INN 2465119147, legal address: Krasnoyarsk, ul. Rozhdestvenskaya, 10; hereinafter — the operator) to process my personal data.

Consent is given in connection with submitting a request through the krasconsultant.ru website forms.

2List of Personal Data for Which Consent Is Given

When submitting a request, the following personal data is transferred to and processed by the operator:

• name;
• phone number;
• email address (when filling in the contact form);
• content of the request (message text);
• information specified in additional form fields: selected situation, client type, request topic, dispute stage, dispute amount, selected tariff, number of participants, company state, nature of activity, required procedure, property information, information on the availability of documents, product type, platform (marketplace), bank client information;
• technical information about the request: source page, page path, service identifier, referrer address, UTM tags.

3Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: processing my request, providing feedback to me, reviewing my request for a legal service and subsequent interaction with me regarding my request.

4Methods of Processing and Storage

Personal data is processed using automation tools in the information systems of the operator and of the platform on which the website is hosted, including the platform’s CRM functionality for managing requests.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The operator does not transfer personal data by email or to messengers.

5Term of Consent

Consent is valid until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn in the manner established by law.

6Withdrawal of Consent

I have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an application in any form to the email address mail@krasconsultant.ru or to the operator’s legal address.

Upon withdrawal of consent, the operator ceases processing of personal data and deletes it within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by law.

7Rights of the Personal Data Subject

I have been informed that I have the right to receive information about the personal data processed by the operator, to require its updating, blocking or deletion, and to appeal the operator’s actions to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court.
